MISSOULA SYMPHONY

Dec 1st and 2nd found
Susan onstage in Missoula, Montana, where she sang a solo concert backed
by the Missoula Symphony Orchestra. The program featured a first
act of Broadway tunes, and a second act that celebrated
Christmas.
A definite highlight of
the evening's program was when Susan performed a very fun and
crowd-pleasing rendition of Santa Baby, starring opposite Santa
Claus, of course!

Christmas tune by Lynne Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (Ragtime, Once on
this Island, Seussical). It's on Christmas In The Air, a cd
featuring the Orange County High School of the Arts' Kids Next Door
singing with stars from Broadway and Hollywood. |

MR. SHAW GOES TO HOLLYWOOD
|
|
Susan starred as Marion Davies in a staged reading for The Blank
Theatre's Living Room Series, of Mr. Shaw Goes To Hollywood , a
play by Mark Saltzman. Other cast members included Marion Ross (Mrs.
C from Happy Days), Steven Gilborn, Martin James and Peter Van
Norden. It played for two nights to sold out houses at the 2nd Stage
Theatre on Monday & Tuesday, December 10 & 11.

SECRETS OF THE TRADE
|
|
Susan directed a staged reading of Secrets
of the Trade, a play by Jonathan Tolins, starring Caroline Aaron (Primary
Colors, Tuesdays with Morrie), Bill Brochtrup (NYPD Blue), Douglas Rowe,
Jim Jansen and Christopher Gorham (Popular, Felicity). This is
part of the Blank Theatre Company's Living Room
Series. It played to a sold out house at the 2nd Stage Theatre on
Monday, November 19.

ARTISTIC DIRECTORSHIP AT BLANK

Susan recently become the new Artistic
Director of the Blank
Theatre Company's Living Room Series, along with her pal and
former State Fair co-star, Michael Halpin. The LRS is the
theatre's staged reading/workshop series. This season's first
offering was a staged reading of Road to Nirvana
by Arthur Kopit, directed by Warren Davis and starring Susan, along
with Robert Bundy, Amber Dawn Lee and Ron Rogge. Their first one out
of the gate was a great success. Watch for announcements of upcoming
offerings... they are not to be missed. For more info on the Living

accepted into the Los Angeles International Short Film Festival, a high
profile festival in LA that shows only short films and is well attended by
the industry. Acceptance into this festival also makes the film

| THE HEART OF ART |
|
On October 26, Susan was honored to serve as MC for "The Heart of
Art," an evening event to benefit The New York Police and Fire
Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund. All twenty five galleries of
the Fuller Building (41 E. 57th St.) participated in the evening
gala, opening their galleries for a night of art exhibitions, including a
silent auction. 100% of all proceeds from the ticket sales and
silent auction benefit the NYPFWCBF.

CONCERT AT THE CARPENTER CENTER |

On October 11
and 12, Susan presented her one-woman show to sold out audiences as the
second season opener of the Karen and Richard Carpenter Performing Arts
Center's Club
Cabaret Series of concerts. She was accompanied by longtime
friend and musical director, Eric Vetro and joined by pal Lisa
Richard for a few tunes and a good time. |

is very excited to have recorded at the world-famous Abbey Road Studios in London

here for an in-studio photo) finishing up the recording on her debut solo CD,
Susan Egan, So
Far..., which will be released in March 2002 on JAY
Records. The CD will contain
songs from shows in which Susan has appeared throughout her career, but
has not yet recorded -- including the (often requested) songs she sang
in Cabaret, as well as a never before recorded song from Beauty

Susan performed her
cabaret act as a benefit for The
Young Actors Company on Friday, July 27th at 8pm at The Madrid
Theatre in Canoga Park, CA. The wonderfully talented kids of YAC
did a musical presentation to promote their upcoming production of Grease,
and then joined Susan to sing Seasons of Love from Rent as
the finale.
The Young Actors Company
was founded by Susan's friend (and Prop Master for Nikki), Josh
Meltzer and his wife Stacey. YAC is dedicated to teaching teens
and young adults, through the discipline of theatre, self esteem,
confidence, respect, cooperation, public speaking and other life tools
necessary for them to thrive in today's environment. |

GIRL TRICK SCREENS - JUNE 27, 2001 |

Susan stars in the devious
and comedic short film by David Jackson Willis entitled The
Disappearing Girl Trick. It's the story of what happens to a
junior TV producer (Susan) when she goes undercover as a magician's
assistant to expose the tricks behind the magic. What she learns changes
her life forever and will make you think twice the next time you see a
magician pull a cute bunny out of a hat. The film was shot at the world
famous Magic Castle in Hollywood. To learn more about The

MARY GLEN ROSE, WOMEN DO MEN - JUNE 13, 2001 |

Susan
performed the hilarious battle-of-wits scene from Princess Bride
with Amy Pietz (The Weber Show and Caroline In The City) in Glen
Mary Glen Rose -- Women Do Men, a benefit involving high-powered
actresses performing movie scenes originally written for and played by
men. The evening challenged preconceived notions and brought to
light the limitations that have been imposed on women's roles.
The event was held at UCLA's Royce Hall and
was hosted by Mad TV's Alex Borstein (pictured at left with Susan).
The evening was a benefit for Step Up, a
non-profit organization of women in the entertainment industry whose
beneficiary this year was the Revlon/UCLA Breast Center. |

NIKKI is an
endearing working-class romantic comedy set against the bright lights and
unlimited optimism of the Las Vegas strip. The half-hour series
presents a unique take on young newlyweds living their American Dream: to
become a showgirl and a professional wrestler. |
Susan plays
Mary, Nikki's co-worker at the Golden Calf Showroom. She is a
classically trained dancer who’s hit 30 and is bitter about moving past
her Vegas showgirl prime. Mary constantly reminds Nikki of the risks
in her chosen path.
