AUTOGRAPHED PHOTO

Susan
loves to hear from fans and is more than happy to send you an
autographed picture. To request an autographed photo,
follow these steps precisely:

Send your request with a SASE (self-addressed, stampled envelope) |
|
|
*for an
8"x10" photo, send an 8 1/2"x11" envelope
with $1.14 US postage for delivery within the USA
|
|
|
*for a
4"x6" photo, send an appropriate letter-sized envelope
with $.58 US postage for delivery within the USA
|
|
|
*If you are from
outside the USA, please check with your local postal service for
proper US postage or certificates
|

Be sure to provide the name(s) you would like the photo(s)
dedicated to.

3. Please
remind us of your email address in your request, just in case we
have any questions.
